I started Instagram last Nov. 2015, and it has accumulated over 6,000 amazing followers. I say, not bad given it’s not even a year old. However, my first few months were disappointing. I was struggling to reach 500 followers and the engagement was non-existent at all.
A sweet smell of smoke filled the air from the scrumptious aroma of charcoal grilling welcomed my arrival to the annual “Summertime Grill-Off” for a group of Fabulous Foodies in CT.

So much to do (so little time), from tequila tasting, souvenir shopping, pristine beaches, off road adventure and more local food, I was going “loco!” Cozumel captivated my heart.
Rainforest zip lines, caves, beaches, the Mayan Ruins are just few of the must things to do when you’re in Belize. My priority was the cave tubing, because it’s the only country that I’m aware of that offers this unique experience.
The Chacchoben Mayan Ruins was an incredible sight. I couldn’t believe that one of the most distinctive historical architectures was right in front of my eyes.
I just got back from a 10-day wonderful family vacation at the Caribbean; Roatan Bay Honduras, Belize, Costa Maya and Cozumel Mexico. It was so much fun and full of excitement that I’m patting myself on the back for a job well done for taking care of all the trip arrangements.
What a postcard picture perfect island. Its famed barrier reef which is the second largest in the world offers a world-class snorkeling and diving experience.
