From sun up to sundown, be spoiled and immerse yourself to the most dramatic dining setting you will experience. No matter where you sit, the view will surely take your breath away.
The FireFish Restaurant is the main restaurant on the island. It’s a relaxing, open air dining that overlooks the beach and the mountains. It offers an enticing menu for lunch and dinner, and a buffet in the morning and dinner too.
The buffet features a wide assortment of delicious food that has something for everyone; fresh fruits, omelet station, bacon and savory meats, potatoes, hot and cold hors’ d’oeuvres, waffles, freshly baked breads, cereals, light fair and so much more. Every day, I filled up my plate with yellow mangoes and Filipino food.
My most unforgettable lunch was the dining in a hut by the ocean. We pre-ordered our lunch from the FireFish Restaurant, and our table was beautifully set-up already when we arrived. The food was wicked good as usual, but what enhanced this experience further was the amazing tropical view. The soothing crashing waves against the cliffs and the ocean breeze were spectacular. Plus, we even had our own personal waiter. I couldn’t ask for more. The whole experience was remarkable.
You have 2 options; buffet or a’la carte.
For the first 2 nights, I ordered from the a la carte. The menu spans from Filipino food such as freshly caught seafood, a variety of fried rice to international favorites like pizza, pasta, burgers, steaks and healthier options, while sipping on a glass of wine or beer or a specialty cocktail or my favorite fresh coconut fruit.
Surrounded by the lovely silhouettes of the mountains and anchored boats, the buffet dinner, tables and chairs were elegantly set up right ON the beach and under a blanket of stars.
The sound of the waves breaking the shoreline was enthralling, washing all my worries away. The lightning from a distance added a touch of illumination to a magnificent skyline. And of course, a serenade from their in-house singers completed this magical night.
I was by the pool soaking up all the vitamin D, a staff came by with a carafe of ice water without me asking. And then 5 minutes later, he was walking around again with refreshing banana shakes in a shot glass and bite-sized cupcakes giving it to everyone at the pool at no extra charge. These little extra services go a long way.
Attentiveness, politeness and a sincere commitment to a genuine top-notch service is who they are. I have nothing negative thing to say.
“Savor the succulent flavors of the land’s harvest and the ocean’s bounty at the Firefish Restaurant.
Delight in a medley of fresh seafood and tender meats served with the farm-to-table goodness of fruits and vegetables coupled with organically-grown herbs and spices from the resort’s own garden. Firefish Restaurant’s menu features local and international dishes prepared by a young and vibrant culinary team.” www.clubparadisepalawan.com
